Unable to connect in game when Pingzapper is on
In this situation it is best to get a bit more information by copying down Pingzapper logs and sending it to us.
Please follow the instructions below:

2. Click on the debug shortcut and you should see the debug window along with Pingzapper.
3. Turn on Pingzapper using the master switch on the top.
4. Start your game, login and get to the point where you can no longer connect.
5. Now go to the debug console and click on the box. Press CTRL+C to copy all the text.
Finally, go to the support form and paste the log to us.
